In a nutshell

Integrative Fit Wellness (IFW) is an expansion of a formerly known as Chi Bodywork. After over a decade of providing clients with massage therapy and bodyworks to "erase" their aches and pains. It has always been in the back of my mind that there is something missing to complete this whole paradigm of health and wellness.

While making my clients feeling better is my utmost concern. However, I recognized that receiving a treatment is merely take place in the passive form while I directly apply therapy on them. However, I believe we need to engage our joints and muscles with some kind of movements to strengthen, develop endurance, and boost the stamina.  When we don't move enough, our system slow down adding on top of stresses in our daily lives, we can feel agitating as the results. Then it ends up "store" in our physical bodies, making us not feeling good and we tensing up with "knots", causing the restriction/irritation in our muscles and interfere with our movements, creating the lack of flexibility, causing pain discomfort, easy prone to injury and overall, result in decreasing in our energy level, feeling fatigue and exhaustion.

I finally decided to further my education in fitness training of what I have seen it as a complement to manual therapy by creating an integration program to enhance our lives for the better to achieve an optimal health. I hope by offer this additional service will continue to further assist my existed clients and those who want to start to commit to a healthier lifestyles whether by massage therapy alone or combine with fitness training. I recognized this is just a beginning on the path to a healthy lifestyle. Healthy body must come from a healthy mind and inner strength first starts from within. I look forward to continue to explore many other modalities and approaches to bring the fresh and innovative treatments/equipments to assist you on the road of health and wellness. With my intention already set, shall we let the transformation begin?Together we can work to bridge the gap and connect the missing links and co-create the wholeness of your healthy lifestyle.
